   I was completely shocked by the customer service. Within a couple of hours of ordering, I received a message from the seller asking when the even was and measurements.When I received the dress my daughter tried it on and it fit her perfectly.

   This dress is absolutely perfect! I wore this dress as the Maid of Honor at my sisters wedding. It’s super cute and just what I was looking for. I had many compliments through out the event.

   I was really cutting it close, when I ordered my dress about 30 days before a fancy, night time wedding downtown Chicago. But these guys came through for me! The dress fit perfectly, and I’m a short person, size 4, not easy to fit. The dress is beautiful!Just order yours with PLENTY of lead time, as my dress didn’t arrive until the night before the wedding I was a guest at, and I was getting super nervous….But it was a success, and now I have a formal dress to wear for years to come.

   Let me begin by saying that ANY dress (especially occasion dresses) will look a bit different in-person versus online because the majority of these models are around a size 2, so the images we see when purchasing the items will not translate the same on larger, more voluptuous body types. The dress may be gorgeous, but that doesn’t mean it will flatter everyone. Having said that, let me get into this particular dress review…This dress is very pretty. My measurements are 36-31-41 and I“m 5’9“ tall, but I can’t speak to whether the size I ordered would fit well because I didn’t bother lacing the back when I pulled it up. Immediately I thought it was too bulky on top for my liking, and I didn’t see any way to remove any of the padding or fabric layers, so I repackaged it and sent it back. Overall I do like the dress style, but since I can get a thinner version elsewhere, I’d rather do so instead of settling for this one.At this time, I’m waiting to see if the seller refunds my return shipping cost when they refund the cost of the dress. Many of these dress sellers have „free returns“ on the sales page so we think we can return the product easily, but upon requesting the return they either have to approve it first or sometimes they only give you the return address rather than a prepaid label, which is what happened in this case. I uploaded a copy of my receipt with the shipping cost and messaged it to them along with a photo of the sales page, but if the „free returns“ is not honored I will have to contact Amazon for the reimbursement, which I’ve had to do at least once with another seller already. So just be aware of this before ordering and make sure you save copies/screenshots of whatever proof you’d need.

   I haven’t worn this dress out in public yet, but I wore it around for a few hours to get the feel of it. These dresses definitely run big, I ordered a size 0 and it swallowed me. The padding is a little thicker than I deem necessary but it’s overall a great dress. The material is light and soft and pretty comfortable for a prom dress. The other reviews are right though. This dress is definitely long. I prefer longer dresses so I don’t mind but I will definitely be wearing heels with it. It’s a great deal for the quality and I would definitely buy again. I love the color ( I got black) and think that it’s perfect for any dance or wedding!!!
