This dress is very elegant and thanks to the lack of sequins, understated – which it what I was looking for. I love that it is ankle lenght in the back and tea lenght in front. It will be easier to move around in, yet still be formal enough for the event. It will not be too heavy or hot for my formal event. I am thrilled with the quality and comfort of this dress. Also, the built in bra really does its job – which is important for me.

Dress fitted perfectly. The colour was great for my skin tone. Couldn’t be happier. The fabric was soft and it had a nice swish to it. the bodice has built in bust shaping which helps give the dress lovely line. The bodice is beautifully crafted, you can tell it’s a good quality dress, finished to a high standard.

Absolutely beautiful. The lining skirt is spacious enough that it doesn’t creep up. It’s a bit snug around the arm holes but I have very fat arms. Lol. Definitely a dress I can be proud to wear to my daughter’s wedding.

I love this dress! I wore it as my Mother of the Bride dress at my daughter’s wedding, and everyone complimented me so much! Spent 10 hours in it and it wasn’t bad at all. My daughter really loved it, and that’s what really counts! My main issue with the dress (and the reason I gave it 4 stars) is that it runs incredibly small. I am a 12 in jeans and dresses, and I bought this in a 14. Still wasn’t big enough. I had to have this altered by a seamstress – costing extra money and time- that added a bigger / better modesty panel in the back (to compensate for the small size) and modified it to fit my bust. I would suggest you buy this SEVERAL SIZES bigger. Like, if you’re a 12? Get a 16 (or bigger if u have large breasts). My other warning is the smell. Whatever fabric dye they use smells awful. Made me nauseous and got a headache. My seamstress couldn’t even stand it! So she washed it twice for me- used a special fabric wash to safely remove the smell. So just be aware. Other than that, it’s beautifully made, good strong materials with good boning plus the lace insets are just gorgeous.

I purchased this dress for our godson wedding. I am 5’4, 125 lbs and purchased a medium size. I probably could have got by with a small. The back of the dress was a little longer than I wanted even with heels but I had it altered and it was a perfect fit. I got so many compliments from the dress: elegant, beautiful and lovely was a few to name. It was well made and very comfortable. The corset back and the lace on the hemline made it such a big hit. I love the modern vintage- style look! Glad that I made the purchase after much consideration of it.
