I found this dress fits true to size- it does not have a slouchy feel to it. If you want that oversized look that’s in the picture, I suggest you size up. I think the dress is cute on but the material is thin enough that light will filter through showing the outline of your legs/thighs (if that concerns you). It teach middle school so I will wear a slip or something underneath to make sure kids cannot see through the material.
